Doctor's Best Ashwagandha with Sensoril, Ayurvedic Herb, Standardized Withania somnifera Extract, Clinically Proven to Support Mental Focus, Cardiovascular Health & Healthy Energy, 125mg, 60 Count
  • Ashwagandha, used for centuries in India to protect the body from

disease and stress, contains compounds that protect the brain's

memory center, the hippocampus, which can be damaged by stress

and depression.

  • Mood disorders can cause lingering issues with memory and

concentration, even after depression symptoms improve. Sensoril, an

herbal extract derived from Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), has

shown potential to improve cognitive abilities, improve memory in

people with bipolar disorder, enhancing short-term recall, mental

speed, and social intuition. The typical starting dose is 250mg daily

for the first week, which can be increased to 500mg daily, if well-

tolerated. This dose can be taken all at once or divided into two

doses, with or without food, at any time of day.

  • Sensoril is generally well-tolerated and has minimal drug

interactions, but it can elevate thyroid levels, so those with thyroid

issues should monitor their levels closely. It is advised not to exceed

the recommended daily dose.
