Meet Meaza Ejigu
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-C, WHNP-C, FNP-C
(she/her)
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and nearly 20 years as a nurse practitioner, I bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to mental health care. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Arizona, California, Maryland, and Virginia, providing care to adolescents and adults ages 13 to 64.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen, support, and guide you as we work together to improve your emotional, mental, and overall well-being. I recognize that mental health is influenced by many factor including physical health, life experiences, relationships, and environment and I strive to understand the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Whether your treatment includes medication management, supportive therapy, or a combination of both, we will develop a personalized plan that reflects your unique needs, values, and goals. I value open communication and shared decision-making, creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help you build resilience, find balance, and move toward lasting wellness.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better mental health.
